What it works:
Quads, Glutes, Shoulders

Tips to Remember: Lots of arm rotation: Rotate your arm in on the squat down, rotate back out when standing up then press the weight up. Try to make it a fluid motion. 

Recommended Reps: 3 sets of 12-15. Just make sure you can do the same amount on each side.
