This week, we are featuring
the Goblet Squat

What it Works: quads, glutes, and hamstrings

Tips for perfecting this exercise:
With the kettle bell, stand upright with your feet shoulder width apart.

Keep your upper body engaged and squat until your elbows reach the inside of your knees.
