1. Squats
2. Chin ups
3. Chest Press
 "I eat lots of raw spinach and greens in the form of salads. This is due to the fact that there is a lot of nutritional value in them. I usually throw on some type of protein as well as various items such as tomatoes, cilantro, etc. "
