Food for thought: The holidays are right around the corner and you have worked hard all year, watched what you've eaten, and fit in as much exercise as you could! But that doesn't mean it is time to let your guard down now! Even though the average person does not put on a significant amount of weight over the holidays, it has been proven that weight gain is usually permanent and can really add up over the years.
This is such a helpful tool that Google has released making it quick and easier than ever to compare the nutritional value of different foods and ingredients by simply using the Google search bar. Not only that, but it also gives nutritional info based on preparation and cooking method. Being able to quickly compare the nutritional pros and cons of two different foods makes planning meals and making healthy decisions a little bit simpler. Be sure and read more about it here!
