It's week two of our Kettlebell Series! For our third exercise we are focusing on those glutes and inner thighs with the Plie Squat!
What it works: Glutes and Inner Thighs
Tips to Remember: Toes point out, Don’t drop chest as you squat,hold the weight by the handle.
Extra: For added calf work you can do these on your toes.
Recommended Reps: 3 sets of 8
