    RIP is a 60-minute barbell program for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. With fantastic music, awesome instructors & simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, RIP is for just about anybody. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level. Get RIPPED!
