
Personal Training
Our training is individually tailored to meet our clients' specific needs and fitness goals. Each program offers a balance of strength, endurance, flexibility, diet and rest. Sessions are typically one hour and are supervised by your certified trainer. Partner sessions are also offered at the discretion of the trainer. You will be provided a fitness evaluation and consultation before your first session in order to determine your fitness level and to design the appropriate fitness program to meet your goals and your body's fitness needs.
