Hi! I am Vickie Wooten Clark. I graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1994 with a degree in English. I began my Yoga practice in 2000 and earned my teaching certification in 2004. My classes combine my love of many styles of Yoga to create a balanced experience of alignment and flow in the postures. Classes include breath work and meditation as well as the practice of the postures. My public classes function as one-room schoolhouses where all ability levels can be accommodated but I am available for private classes as well if you have specific issues, concerns, or areas of interest.
