What it Works: glutes, hamstrings, spinal erectors & abs (TVA)
Tips while doing this exercise:
Keep everything tight, including your abs and glutes. Also, don't forget to keep your shoulders pulled down away from your ears!
Start by extending your right leg pushing through the heel and extend the opposite arm at the same time, keeping both your extended hand and foot flexed.
