Exercise of the Week: Barbell Row

This week, we chose the barbell row as our exercise of the week! We know it's Friday...so we figured you could try this over the weekend!
What it works: Back

Tip: Keep your back straight and lean forward until you are almost parallel with the floor. Pull your shoulders back and then squeeze them together at the top of the exercise by leading with your elbows.
