Tips to Remember: Legs should be positioned shoulder width apart, Hold the kettlebell by the handle with both hands, keep the kettlebell close to the body as you bring the weight straight up, lift with your shoulders and focus on pointing your elbows up.
Recommended Reps: 3 sets of 12-15
